We're confident you'll love WhixFrame. We offer a free tier so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. If you do purchase and aren't satisfied, here's how our refund process works.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to paid features until then. If you're unsatisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your subscription payment. If no credits have been used during that billing cycle, you'll receive a full refund. If credits have been used, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Credit pack refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase. If no credits have been used, you'll receive a full refund. If some credits have been consumed, the refund will be prorated for the unused credits only. Since each generation consumes real AI compute resources, used credits cannot be refunded.
Email us at support@whixframe.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your account email and the transaction you'd like refunded. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window cannot be processed. Refunds will also not be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, such as bulk credit consumption followed by a refund request, repeated refund cycling, or chargebacks.
