1. Acceptance
By accessing or using WhixFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
WhixFrame is a web-based tool that transforms your app screenshots into professional store-ready listing images using AI. The service includes AI-powered backgrounds, device frame mockups, typography tools, and image export.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
4. Credits & Billing
Free accounts receive 3 credits. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly. Credits from subscriptions reset at each billing period. Credit pack purchases do not expire. All prices are in USD.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any content you upload to WhixFrame (screenshots, icons). Generated images are licensed to you for commercial use. The WhixFrame platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use WhixFrame to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
WhixFrame is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
